MoreDirect Return Policy

- To request a return or an exchange, contact your Sales Representative. We do not automatically ship replacement product during the return process. Our liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the product or its replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please report any shortage, damage or shipment errors immediately upon receipt. We must report shipping damage to the respective courier within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA must be requested within 15 days of the original invoice date thereafter, all sales are final.
- We reserve the option to accept non-defective returns. Such returns may incur restocking fees.
- All products are sold subject to their respective manufacturer's warranties. (Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.) You may contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty related issues.
- Once you have received notification of the issuance of a RMA number, the product must be received back within 10 days. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back in original packaging, with all accessories software, manuals, blank warranty cards user's manuals etc.
- Product returns must be identified as opened or sealed. If the manufacturer's seal is broken, the return is considered opened product. This includes manufacturer tape, shrink-wrap, or a plastic packaging.
- Product that is not returnable includes: any opened software, customized, configured or built-to-order, units (unless an RMA is issued directly from the manufacturer). Manufacturer boxes that are written on may not be returnable. Product returns will not be accepted for certain products such as products identified as discontinued, end of life, or special clearance.
- Returns must be via authorized carrier that allows your package to be tracked. Providing tracking number(s) to MoreDirect's Customer Service department upon shipment of your return will assist in providing credit to your account in a timely manner.
- Customer assumes responsibility for insuring the products being returned. Returned products must be re-packed in the original packaging exactly as they were originally shipped and have all accessories, and user's manuals. Products damaged through shipping or customer packing negligence will void the warranty and will not be accepted for return.
- Clearly write the RMA number in the attention line on the shipping label.
